Raising the Bar was founded on one simple belief: Everyone deserves a good drink. 

When Raising The Bar’s founder Abbie quit drinking alcohol, the limited options for elevated non-alcoholic beverages sparked an idea - to inspire others to explore the world of zero-proof mixology through a curated selection of sophisticated ingredients, recipes and tools.

Much like our founder Spencer, Abbie wanted to change the way non-alcoholic drinks were perceived. When Spencer stopped drinking, he too found that there weren’t many options to ‘drink clean’ without compromising on taste and this didn’t seem fair.

“For many years, we’ve had two main options at the bar: full-strength alcohol or soft drinks - and nothing in-between”, he says. Both founders were fuelled by the idea that zero proof options shouldn’t be an after thought but the main event. For those who don’t drink, having something delicious to sip can be the difference between an awkward social event and a great night, so crafting brilliant non-alcoholic cocktails should always be a priority.

Each month, Raising The Bar helps people do just that by curating a premium selection of non-alcoholic spirits, mixers, and ingredients.
