Ingredients for 1 person

  • 2oz Clean R
  • 6oz Ginger Beer or Ale
  • Wedge of fresh lime, squeezed
  • Lime, to garnish

Method

Step 1

Add Clean R and Ginger beer or Ginger ale to a highball glass.

Step 2

Take a wedge of lime and squeeze the juice into the glass.

Step 3

Fill the glass with ice, then garnish with a fresh wedge of lime. Toast to tomorrow!
