About this cocktail

Our spicy apple and cinnamon twist on the classic cocktail makes for the perfect nightcap. With a multitude of rich aromas, our clean apple sling includes flavors of Angostura bitters and green apples mixed with fresh lime juice to deliver a sweet and spicy taste.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 2oz Clean V Spiced Apple
  • 2 wedges lime squeezed
  • 1-3 Dashes Angostura bitters
  • 4oz sparkling water
  • Glass - Highball
  • Ice cubes
  • Sliced apple

Method

Step 1

Start by pouring your Clean V into a tall glass, squeeze in the juice of 2 limes, and top up with sparkling water.

Step 2

Freshen up the glass with ice and add your Angostura bitter dashes to taste. Angostura dashes will make your cocktail look gorgeous but go easy, remember to mix them in and taste before adding too much.

Step 3

It’s time to add the flair and finish by arranging a fan of thinly cut apple slices for garnish.
