About this cocktail

The national cocktail of Mexico (did you know that?!). This fresh, tangy, classic is remade the Clean way, without the alcohol, but with all the joy and ease.

Ingredients for 1 person

Making it for more? Just double the ingredients!

  • 50ml Clean T
  • 150ml sparkling pink grapefruit (or grapefruit juice mixed with soda water)
  • 1 wedge of lime, squeezed
  • 1 small pinch of sea salt
  • Slice of grapefruit to garnish
  • Glass - Highball
  • Ice

Method

Step 1

Add Clean T and pink grapefruit soda to a highball glass.

Step 2

Take a wedge of lime and squeeze the juice into the glass, then add a small pinch of sea salt.

Step 3

Fill the glass with ice then garnish with a thin slice of fresh grapefruit.
