About this cocktail

Perhaps the most refreshing cocktail of all time, the Mojito takes on a new twist as we reimagine it with all of the flavour, but none of the alcohol!

Ingredients for 1 person

Making it for more? Just double the ingredients!

  • 2oz Clean R
  • 4 Lime quarters
  • Bunch of mint
  • 1 tsp Sugar syrup or brown sugar
  • 5oz Soda water
  • Lime wedge and mint leaves to garnish

Method

Step 1

Muddle 4 lime quarters, sugar, mint and basil in a highball glass.

Step 2

Pour in 50ml of Clean R and ice, and give it a stir.

Step 3

Top with soda water and serve.
